I was a victim of Jessica Horton’s real estate scam. She jumped on the fact that my house was for sale and came to me saying that she could sell my house quickly. She pretty much took over the entire operation. SHe raised the price of my house, and demanded a multitude of things to be done to my house or would not sell. I had the carpet’s changed, New sinks installed in the bathrooms, the walls painted, and even the landscaping done. I wanted to sell my house not home improve it. I was lured in by her quick sell promise but it has been 7 months. She locked me into some sort of contract that requires me to pay her. She is awful to work with and I am so over it! Do not work with her or Jason or any of her associates.
