Rude and unprofessional people! I spoke with a gentleman over the phone who had a very condescending attitude. They were the ones that called me about a debt that I needed to pay. I made it clear that was not able to pay it in full. He got aggressive and gave me no other options to work with. Why would I want to pay off my debt with them?! Terrible customer service making the company have a bad reputation. When I went online to check their website out and make a complaint, a warning saying they are attempting to collect my debt came up. I had not logged in or put any information in.
