The quick cash formula that Jeff uses is not effective. He claims that his information is top secret and you have to pay and be a part of his “special” little club to know it. I paid the money, and I learned absolutely nothing new from what I have been practicing over the years as a real estate agent. Take it from me. I am experienced. You can spend your money in better ways and buy a book for $15 rather than use these useless resources. This man is a con artist with all that he is getting away with.
