We added payment processing to our services with Intuit Quickbooks because they gave us a deal. I was assured that this would save us money and make processing easier on us. Once me switched, all of our payments from our customers were not coming through to us. They were holding them. When I tried to get ahold of someone to fix the issue, I was told that our merchant services account was closed. I never gave the authorization for that. They told me they had all my information but I could not fix the issue and I would have to refund all the transaction that had happened over the past month. The whole thing was incredibly unprofessional. We would lose money and lose our customers. Bottom line, do not use Intuit.
