Intellibiz is run by a bunch of crooks. I wanted to learn more about the industry and came across one of their ads online for their real estate guide. They claim to be a program to assist new real estate business people the ropes. Everything is fake on their sites from the reviews to the testimonials. They do not offer real up-to-date information for the industry. They offer very basic information that you can basically Google yourself. Do not give them any of your money.
