Scammers, they are third party vendors that will happily take your money, and leave you without anything. They are especially sneaky when it comes to Dish Network. They pretend that they are a Dish Network representative to get ou to sign up for a fee of $49.99. Once you pay it, the money goes to Infinity and you end up paying monthly fees to them as well. I made the mistake of doing this. Bottom line I never got Dish Network actually installed because Infinity tricked me.
