Home Guard is incredibly unprofessional, unorganized, and horrible at communication. Their technicians and contractors are never on the same page. I had at least 4 people ask me the same question about my kitchen and they still could not get it right. They kept asking for more money because they had accident after accident happen. They broke new counter tops, cracked the sink, and burst a pipe. After the pipe burst I refused to pay for anymore damages and we had to get a third party involved because they refused to continue work.
