Do not buy any properties from HM Constructions. EVER. They are a construction and building company that just takes your money and does not provide. We had plans to build on my property and it’s been almost 10 years of nonsense with them. They estimated it would take less time and then once I complained and asked for better progress, they told me another couple years. This company is a referral scheme and they hook you in with their low costs. Avoid them at all costs! Or you will regret working with them like myself and my family.
