The goal of hiring Higher Visibility was to gain us more customers. They made us big promises. We were looking at about 3,000 new clientele in the next month. It was a significant amount considering we were a startup.
We paid them $10,000 up front for their continuing services. Within 3 weeks we were nowhere near the goal. We lost a significant amount of communication with higher visibility. I emailed my representative several times asking for updates but no response. Once I finally got through to them. They said that they were on track for 3,000 clients in 3 months. It was definitely not what we signed up for. Their advertising is misleading and their pricing is far too much.
