They sold me a fake ruby pendant. I purchased it for $10,000. The condition report claimed that it was genuine ruby no damage, polished and clean, and hardly worn. Once I received the necklace, it was not in the claimed condition at all. The chain was tarnished and eroding and the pendant was scratched. I had it inspected. It turns out that the ruby was hardly ruby at all. They scammed me.
