I would highly advise that anyone reading this does not use any of Grand Teton’s They services. I paid them 6 months to be approved for a loan. The first week I was kept informed on a transaction basis. I was very thorough with the paperwork and documents. After 3 weeks, I had not heard from them and I started having serious trouble getting ahold of them. They told me I was approved and I waited and waited. As a large corporation, it was something we could handle, but I finally got an answer. They blamed it on us. They said our corporation did not file correctly. Then why would they wait so long to tell us we did not have a loan coming. They lost the paperwork, is what really happened.
