Goren Law Firm, No Updates, No Follow Through

I took my case seriously, and I expected it to be taken seriously by my attorney. They sat on my case or nearly two months. I was adamant about things being solved as quickly as possible and even paid them upfront. I called and emailed multiple times but all I received was an automatic message and a voicemail. I was very concerned about considering the injury I got from work did not allow me to work. They finally called me back requesting more money from me in order to go forward with the case. I was furious. I had not had any updates, I was not sure what I needed to do, and I was incredibly stressed out because I could not work. They were extremely inconsiderate, but when I expressed this, they said that it was basic or the process.
