I made the mistake of trusting Geoff Eldridge with Veer Lease. I had a luxury car lease that I was looking to get out of he had a promising business offer.
He made a deal to rent out my car until he found a credit qualified buyer who wanted to take over the lease. His claimed that he could get most cars swapped within 4-6 weeks. In the meantime, he had to make the payments.
Once the car was in his hands, he sparsely answered my texts or emails. I was really worried when he acquired $365 in late payments. I could not get ahold of him.
I finally got ahold of him and it turned out that my car was being rented in Vegas to a very questionable renter. I also discovered that this was not the first time that this happened. I was not able to get ahold of this person, t I got a call saying that my car was found in a tow yard.
I canceled my contract immediately and had to go to Vegas to pay for the car.
Now I am stuck with 2 car payments, and destroyed credit. This guy is operating this scam over several different websites. He goes by Geoff Eldridge or Geoff Hull. He is capable of stealing your car as well, so be sure to report him if you have a run in with him.
He has been jail before.
