I inquired about a master bath remodel with Genesis. They were not very helpful. It took them a week to get back to me, I had to schedule an appointment with them 3 different times because they did not show up. I missed work one day just so I could meet with them. Totally unprofessional. I would not trust them with a remodel. If they were that flaky with a meeting, then I could not rely on them for that.
