Gemini Properties Pune Properties are the absolutely WORST PROPERTY COMPANY ON THIS PLANET. They scammed me, They refuse to fix things. They won’t answer my calls. I am stuck in a contract that I can’t get out of even with the horrible and terrible conditions of the property and neighborhood that they are in charge of fixing as property managers. I am living in a horrible home and they won’t do a thing about it. It’s so sad. I threatened the local authorites once too, they laughed and told me I am stuck in the contract and to not even expect a security deposit.
