Horrible customer service, they prolong the process, and their workmanship is awful. We paid $8,000 upfront and nothing was done for 2 months after that. We had a hell of a time trying to get ahold of someone to either give us our money back or come and start the work for our new windows and doors.
When they finally got to installation, one window was cracked and the door was scratched. It was hard to miss. They tried to get us to pay for new ones. We had to cause a huge fuss in order to get them to replace the damaged goods they brought. When they finished the job, it was done poorly. The screws on the door were loose and the windows were not properly sealed. We gave up on them. Decided to call someone else to fix their mess.
