First horizon Financial is uncooperative and pushy. I called them about refinancing and they offered their help right away, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. I had my house appraised and there were not any repairs needed. They told me that I could get a 3% rate. I was amazed and jumped at the offer. I fully regret that decision. It was as though they decided to change their minds after paperwork and told me that I needed to make certain minor improvement in order to qualify for the rate. I did them but they still upped my rate to 5%! I am stuck in a mortgage that I cannot afford any longer. They screwed me over.
