First Financial Investment Fund, False Claims and Money Stealing

First Financial attempted to sue me as a third party. I did not even have a notice about my debt. I got a letter one day saying I needed to attend court. When I called, they were very vague and had no reasoning. They just tried to get me to pay them. I was unfamiliar with the company so I did not pay them, and it is a good thing I did not because the money would not have gone towards my debt.
