It has taken us a total of 18 from consultation to actual installment! We are frustrated and annoyed. My husband and I got trapped into a contract with them when we were first looking into solar panels for the house. Surprise, surprise they called us out of nowhere after we did some research. A consultant came to our house and got us to sign a contract that day. We were hoping to save some serious money! They made us all kinds of promises.
After six months, we asked for our money back. They said that that was not possible considering our contract. After that, we had to hassle them to get the project moving. It has cost us twice as much as they were saying it would so far. We are worried and we do not know what to expect now that it is installed. We have heard that a lot of people are paying two power bills with this company.
They ended up being extremely unprofessional, deceitful, and they robbed us of thousands of dollars. We are now trying to figure out how to get out of Fidelity Home Energy.
