These guys screwed up something as simple as an exterior paint job.
First of all, they used the wrong colors in the wrong way. We selected a bright white with blue trimming. They painted the house blue and gave us white trimming. It was awful! I had sat down with someone and discussed the project just before leaving for a few days on business. No one was going to be home so I was sure to be clear about my instructions.
I came home to a horrible look. Somewhere along the line they messed up communication and are now trying to have me pay for them to redo it. The contractor told me that that was what I asked for when I had a copy of the plan. It is going to cost twice as much money now to go over the blue. I am very angry.
