I paid in full for a scooter and got a piece of junk in return. The scooter came late and I had to assemble it! That was not disclosed. My leg was broken, so that was hard enough. I called their customer service to get some assistance with the assembly. Terrible customer service. I was on hold for an hour. Then when I got ahold of someone, the only advice that I was given was to return the scooter at the cost of shipping…that of which was expensive. There was no way I was getting my money back, therefore I was left with a scooter of no use to me.
