Beware of their properties! These people are scam artists. They claim to give you the best they can for your money with promises of home equity as a good investment. DO your research. I trusted in Empower Group and they sold me a house that was in shambles. They lied about the state of the property so that I would invest with them. I spent too much money to even be able to flip it. Warning! Do not invest in them.
