Misrepresentation, miscommunication, and lies. First of all, this woman is completely unprofessional. She is hardly running an operation. She just takes advantage of everyone that crosses her path. The customer service is terrible. If your rental needs something, she disregards it until you have left and then makes you pay it. I refused, but this woman is a joke.
