I worked with Danny Basaltkin to find us a house out of state. He said we could have a house built on a new property that several houses was going up on. We were uninformed about most of the construction hiccups, the rates were never locked in, and he spoiled the negotiation process. We could tell that he was only interested in what he was going to make and not concerned about what we getting into a contract for.
