I had several issues with this company; I would never recommend them. They do not provide roadside assistance 24/7 as they advertise. They are unreliable and their customer service is a nightmare to deal with. They canceled my insurance in the middle of the month without notification. I had one incident before they canceled where I had a flat tire around 10 PM. They could not get me a tow truck or roadside assistance to change the tire until the following day.
I made a complaint to their customer service about it and sometime after that, my insurance was canceled. I got pulled over and got a ticket for not having insurance! Insurance should be there for you, that’s what they are there for.
