Dr. William D Ginzburg steals from labs, patients, and defrauds Medicare. Dr. William Ginzburg over charges patients for inferior work refuses to pay his medical insurance premiums, and brags about how he has been defrauding Medicare. As a patient Ginzburg performed a root canal for me with such negligence I contracted a serious blood infection. Ginzburg had the nerve to attempt to charge me an additional $2500 for what he called his time and trouble.
Two dental assistants have filed sexual harassment charges against Ginzburg. One lady is claiming Ginzburg wanted her to have sex with a girl in the office after it had closed. The other states Ginzburg touched her in appropriately several times after she had asked him to stop. My brother owns a lab and Ginzburg refuses to pay him $100,000 for lab services that he requested for his practice. Ginzburg, who has an office next to the Mens warehouse in the Marina Del Rey constantly brags about how he slips away from court judgments. He stated, Ive never paid a court judgment in my life and I dont intend to start. Paying court cases is against my Jewish upbringing. Yesterday several of us picketed his office to let people know the type of perverted crook doing business in the Marina Del Rey. He has another office too on i think Sepulveda and National in Culver city, CA.
If you are looking for good dental work, you would be wise to avoid William Ginzburg unless you want subpar work at ripoff prices. California medical authorities are in the process of putting this man out of business. If they are successful Ginzburg will be closed for good.
