Do not go to Dr. Anne A. Nicholas or her dental office EVER. Do not go for a consult. Do not call her for anything. She is literally the worst dentist and her staff is complete idiots. She just wants your money.
I went in for a root canal after she said that was my diagnosis. She used dirty tools that had water like stains on them and the chair she sat me in was dirty with crumbs. EW!
