Use People and Burn Bridges
Desi Demirova, who runs an insurance company called Infinity Reinsurance Brokers, is a phony and douche who thinks she can buy relationships and benefits through gifts and shortcuts, than being genuine and grounded.
Someone who thinks she can buy things through gifts, is of course also a user who will use others as bridges for her gains and then will not hesitate to burn the bridges once she thinks she has exploited you – her favors are never real, but a means to an end.
The instant she is not getting back from the trade of what she gifted you (often times unsolicited gifts), her mask drops while moving on to her new bridges. Dumb gimmicks.
