I purchased an extended warranty with Delta Auto Protect Omega. They said I could get a refund if I canceled in a certain allotted time. That is exactly what I did, but I never heard from them about a refund. They would not respond to my calls at first. Once I finally spoke to someone about the refund, they said that I was not eligible because they could never find me in their system. They took my money, but they never logged me.
