Dawn was my personal realtor. I put a lot of trust in her and a very large sum of money. She showed me several houses that were slightly out of my budget but she really sold me on one home. I asked her why it was so much more pricey than the others she was quoting. She said it was in the best location. I bought it for that reason, Closing the sale was extremely difficult however. It ended up not going through because the house had issues with the plumbing.We pulled out of the sale but we did not get the money back. Dawn had pocketed the money we gave her and some of the houses money already. She refused to give the money back. These are the nicest houses, but sold by a thief. Not trusting this woman again.
