Absolutely awful, unprofessional, and unethical company. They take advantage of their clientele. I learned the hard way. They took advantage of me as a first-time property management owner. I bought a small apartment complex and wanted to replace the washer and dryers in the laundry room with their equipment.
They turned out to be old and poor quality. My tenants started complaining that their clothes were smelly and or still soapy after washing. The dryers barely go the job done too.
It did not take me long to realize that Dadson neglects their customers and dishonest their contract. I am now trying to get out of contract with them and replace their equipment as soon as possible because it is making my job so much harder than it needs to be.
