Cox Communications, Cox Communications Makes Excuses

I have called this company millions of times to get them to fix my connection. When we first got their internet and cable, I waited on the phone for 2 hours just to have someone come and set it up. Now it seems like I spend at least an hour on the phone every day trying to get them to come back and fix my internet. HAte the contract that I am in!
