When it comes to property management, this company is absolutely terrible. You can never get ahold of anyone. I have issues with the building since day one. It is bad for my business because it is not leaving a very good impression on my customers and it is hazardous. No one wants to shop at a store where the ceilings are falling, the carpet is old, and the walls are peeling. It looks old and it feels old. They advertised the space to be the complete opposite. I was told that it was being renovated before I moved into the building. That obviously did not happen. I am overpaying for the space and it is not being taken care of as much as I call them! Do not use any commercial buildings under Core Aquisitions management.
