First of all, there is a reason that Compassion Services Inc. is always hiring. They can’t keep employees because they treat them so poorly. They do not care about their drivers’ safety or well-being.
I worked there for 3 months, hoping that things would improve. They never did. I was overworked, and being as I was a driver, that is not good. You should not drive tired, but the manager would force you to drive anywhere from 10-15 hours a day. I also had an incident where I had to stop and change a tire because they were all so balded. The manager refused to have them changed because she wanted to save money. THey could at least fire her.
On top of all that, the pay is awful. You make $10 an hour and have to pay for your own gas. You might as well not get a paycheck.
