They approved me for a property that they ended up selling to someone else last minute. I waited for months, sold my own house, and anticipated the closing so that I could move in. I got a call that the house I wanted was sold already. I was furious. I had already paid the costs and fees, but Coldwell lied to me. I had nowhere to live all of a sudden. DO NOT go through Coldwell.
