Clifford Lugard is a loan officer that conned me into sending him money. He promised me the loan in full after my down payment and agreement to make monthly payments. He was easy to sign with and a pleasurable person in general.
It has been weeks but I have still not received the loan that tI was promised.
He has emailed me and requested that I put more money down for the size of the loan. That was not what we agreed to.
Now I am afraid I cannot get out of it. He is going to charge my account every month now.
