Caliber dragged out my home loan application process for 7 whole months, only for them to tell me that my loan was not going to fund. They said that I qualified at first, then I was not. I did not make any changes considering my financial situation or credit score so I was confused. They could not give me a straight answer as to why I did not qualify.
I had a feeling something like this would happen because they had inadequately trained people working on my tax files and documentation. I had to redo the documents because they lost them the first time and the tax papers had to be re-filed. It was an absolute mess. I investigated myself and they wrote the wrong numbers on the tax forms and refuse to admit it.
