We hired Aspire Marketing for $9,000 to handle our hospitality and sales training for a new location we were opening up. They gladly took the money, but they did not deliver on their services.
They scheduled a training for us, then they did not show up. Supposedly, they double booked themselves so they rescheduled. On the rescheduled date, they started late. They wasted an entire day with my employees. There was no progress made with based on their training. I demanded my money back, but they told me that they could not refund me the money because my employee’s had already done one class.
