Our mortgage got sold to Arvest central Mortgage. They do not offer the payments that we had been paying to our previous company- bimonthly. We were unaware. We were also unaware that there are sign up fees and payment due at the transfer. That amount does not go into the overall balance. We were unaware of this and they kept charging us a late fee. We ended up paying a lot more with Arvest on top of that. Our mortgage payment went up significantly. Avoid this company at all costs. They will empty your accounts!
