They don’t listen, they don’t care, and they are not professional by any means. I went to them to laser an area off that was an issue of mine. I did not feel comfortable during the procedure regardless of voicing some concerns, they just lied to me to get me to go through with it. I wish I didn’t. They did not laser the right area and they refuse to refund or assist with the proper area even with the documentation I have of their mistake.
I don’t want this happening to anyone else so that is why I am writing this. I hope my post stops someone else from seeing them and they go elsewhere!
