Thee WORST management company I have ever dealt with. They will do anything to get an extra hundred out of you even if the house is in perfect shape. We moved out a few weeks ago. We did not have any pets, the carpets were already clean, but we had them professionally cleaned anyway to ensure that we got our deposit back. We even had maids come in for the rest. The house was spotless. Still, they had them come in and check everything and they said that they did not see any issues, but we got a call recently saying that we did not leave the house up to their standards and they were keeping our deposit, plus they wanted to charge us $500 more! They did not even take care of the minor issues that we had while living there for a year. Complete scam. They do not know proper home management.
