I locked in a loan with them and then they changed my rate. It was much higher than we had agreed, so I had to ask for an appraisal which I was charged around $1,000 for. After that, I could not get ahold of my loan officer. Another officer took over my loan apparently because I finally got a call from him. Things on my loan changed yet again and he wanted me to look into refinancing already. Made no sense. He had my file all wrong. Whatever they were doing was a scam.
