Lots of unnecesary documentation and the runaround about whether or not you qualify. THe way that they handle their clients is ridiculous. I was transferred to at least three different advisors on the phone before someone told me that my loan was processing. No one seemed to know what they were doing or what was going on with my loan. It should not have taken a whole 2 months, but I finally received my loan, after which I had trouble just trying to pay them. They were putting my payments elsewhere. I had nothing going towards my debt for 3 months because they got it wrong. They are either stealing my money or do not know who I am, either way, bad service.
