These people will do anything to get business.I used them as a resource. They gave me properties without lockboxes to look at, and they were absolutely horrible at paperwork. At one point they even tried to Forge a signature right in front of me. The guy said, no big deal. I do not trust these people. They could have got me in serious trouble.
