My furnace( installed by jersey) started blowing cold air in the middle of the winter, so I called. I had a 5 year warranty with them. It took three days for them to get back to me. The house was nearly 50 degrees. They were not quick about solving the problem either. THey charged me to fix the furnace, then told me I needed a new one, which was suppose to be covered, but they claimed it wasn’t.
