Advanced Tech Support somehow always comes up when I have problems with my Windows updates. I could not use my computer at one point so I gave in and called them. In order for them to fix the problem I had to subscribe, which was about $200. I paid it anyways, but regret it. They ended up wiping out my hard drive. They completely ruined all the files that I had on my computer by accessing it remotely. DO NOT trust this tech company. It is just a scam to get access to your computer and take atrocious amounts of money from you.
