thought these guys were supposed to be amongst the most reliable around. I pay a lot of money for AAA, but they really were useless when it came to me being stuck on the side of the road with something as simple as a flat tire. I am a newer driver and a small girl. I simply do not have the capability to change a truck tire on my own. I called, they said they would be there in 30 minutes or less, so I did not call anyone else. I waited there for 3 hours! Every time I called they said 30 minutes. Then they charge me $400 for doing the task? SOmething is definitely not right here.
